No debits will be made from your account until the installation of the Product has been completed.

By signing this document, I authorise Operadora Ibérica de Redes y Servicios de Telecomunicaciones, S.L. to send regular debit orders to my bank to charge the amount of the invoices to my account, and I also authorise my bank to debit the charges issued from my account in accordance with Law 16/2009 on SEPA direct debits in either the CORE (private customers) or B2B (companies) formats.

I agree to the contracting terms and conditions

The contracting party declares that all the above details are correct and that he/she has read and fully accepts the general terms and conditions posted on the operator’s website, www.ibericaderedes.es.

In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), the Client is hereby informed that the details provided in this Contract, as well as those subsequently arising from the contractual relationship, will be added to the customer database whose ownership and responsibility corresponds to Operadora Ibérica de Redes y Servicios de Telecomunicaciones, S.L., with Fiscal Identification Number (CIF) B-93366672 and registered address at Calle Salvador Seguí, 8, 46192, Montserrat (Valencia), which guarantees the security and confidentiality of these data, in order to manage the customer’s contractual relationship with Operadora Ibérica de Redes y Servicios de Telecomunicaciones, S.L.. The Customer is informed that Operadora Ibérica de Redes y Servicios de Telecomunicaciones, S.L. and its distributors may use the data provided for promotional purposes to offer targeted and personalized information on the products and services of both the company itself and third parties that are promoted by Operadora Ibérica de Redes y Servicios de Telecomunicaciones, S.L. Customers may exercise their rights to the access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the processing of their personal data by sending an email to soporte@ibericaderedes.es, duly accrediting their identity by means of a copy of their National Identity Document (DNI) or other similar document.

The contracting party authorises Operadora Ibérica de Redes y Servicios de Telecomunicaciones, S.L. and its distributors to carry out, on their behalf, whatever actions are necessary to be able to activate, request and transfer the landlines or mobile phone lines requested in this Contract or any annexes to it, as well as transferring to the operators involved in the activation and portability process all the personal data of the holders of any such lines, without prejudice to the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December 1999 on the Protection of Personal Data. The Customer agrees to receive future communications by email.
